DAVE & BUSTER'S STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION

This presentation is a strategic assessment and evaluation for Dave & Busters. Through in-depth research, my team and I found a strategic opportunity that may be able to mitigate the amount of debt that the company is in. By implementing sports betting in locations where it is legal, Dave and Buster's would be able to gain stronger revenue streams by increasing foot traffic and dwell time.
