MARKETING RESEARCH REPORT
INTERNSHIP/PARTNERSHIP

The purpose of this research project is to provide Nick Kassouf, the owner of Tru Bru Coffee, with a specific and detailed analysis of preferences, attitudes, and desires, as well as input on new product and service ideas for Tru Bru. This project contains graphs and figures that explain specific marketing strategies that would potentially help Tru Bru to improve.

TRU BRU SURVEY

As explained above in the marketing research report, the following document presents the customer feedback survey that my partner and I created during the research process.

Greeter | Din Tai Fung | October 2023 - Present

As a Greeter at Din Tai Fung, my responsibilities are entirely based on making every guest that enters the restaurant feel welcome and known. My role includes setting tables with incredible attention to details, accurately know all table numbers and be able to hold conversations with guest while swiftly walking them to their tables, check people in for their reservations and communicate accurate wait times to people on the waitlist, and communicate to all coworkers through a technology device that extends to everyone across the restaurant.

LEAD BARISTA

SUNBLISS CAFE

As a lead barista at Sunbliss Cafe, I have grown such a love for serving people and creating a masterpiece for them. As a lead, I work both at bar and in the kitchen; I have learned how to manage a shift, delegate specific tasks, delegate break times, and efficiently fulfilling orders all at the same time. My multitasking skills have grown, and I have learned what it means to lead a team. As a barista, I craft homemade drinks efficiently, making sure that every drink we serve is made with love and perfection.

RESTORATION ROASTERS

As a lead barista at Restoration Roasters, I learned the importance of crafting a perfect coffee. I created drinks to be put on the menu, and learned how to serve customers well by figuring out what they want to have on the menu. I learned how to work efficiently during rushes and under pressure.

FASHION STYLIST

FRANCESCAS

As a fashion stylist, I learned how to style outfits and put together matching sets. I strategically organized the store in ways that would attract customers effectively. Customer service and pursuing the desires of customers was something that I prioritized.

SUNBLISS REBRAND

From Bluetree to Sunbliss

Over the past two years, I have been working at Sunbliss Cafe and recently was involved in the rebrand process. Formerly known as Bluetree, Sunbliss is a premium cafe, with award winning Hawaiian coffee, house made sauces and syrups. As stated on Yelp, the menu is full of locally sourced ingredients; from the bread, honey, and strawberries, to the almonds used in our house made milk. Sunbliss proudly uses 100% real açaí, fruits, and vegetables.
